Return & Exchange Policy

At June's Pet House, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another product or receive a refund on a case by case basis. Customers are strongly advised to check the Products purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute. All Products leaving June's Pet House have been checked for quality and quantity accuracy.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  1. Notified to June's Pet House.
  2. Returned within 7 days of purchase.
  3. In its original, unopened condition.
  4. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. The Product item must not fall under the category of the following; Sale Items, Frozen food, beds and carriers due to food safety & hygiene reasons

Defective Products

If the item is defective, we will exchange it for a new product at no cost to you. Subject to the Customer making a report to June's Pet House within 7 days of delivery of the order, June's Pet House shall exchange the Product if:

  • The Product is delivered in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date
  • The Product has a manufacturer’s defect
  • The wrong Product is delivered

If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact our customer service team at hi-jph@junespethouse.com.sg to receive a return authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and any additional fees associated with the exchange.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized or personalized items, such as engraved pet tags, frozen food, sale Items, pet's style & living , any other Products that fall into the risk of Hygiene.

Other Terms & Condition for Exchange & Returns

  • All sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • All exchanges must be returned unused in its original packaging and condition.
  • All exchanges must be accompanied by the original tax invoice as proof of purchase from June's Pet House.
  • All replacement of Products will be done at the premises of June's Pet House. Customer can return or exchange the product to our shop.

June's Pet House reserves the right to collect, and the Customer shall be obliged to return, a Product that was not part of the Customer's order which is delivered to the Customer by mistake.

June's Pet House shall not be further liable for any damage loss or inconvenience of any form suffered whatsoever arising from any discrepancy.

**Customers who had a history of returning more than 2 items per exchange or 3rd time exchange application will be ineligible for returns or refunds. We reserve the right to reject items that are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

**Customers who had a history of returning more than 2 items per exchange or 3rd time exchange application will be ineligible for returns or refunds. We reserve the right to reject items that are not eligible for return or refund.
